MCAPD conferences are designed to rejuvenate and inspire faculty and administrators to try new teaching and learning strategies.

History

In November 2002, a Maryland state-wide affinity group of representatives from two and four year public and private colleges met to begin discussions about their institutions' policies and practices for the professional development of adjunct faculty members.  Monthly meetings have been held since that time with membership including administrators, full-time faculty, and adjunct faculty.
